Playgoda can make playgrounds chameleon like
Designed by Los Angeles based architect Gregg Fleishman, Playgoda is made of slotted, laminated plywood and can be used to create a wide variety of strong playground equipment which can also be changed when it seems the design is losing a kid’s fancy.
The idea is simplistic in it’s concept. Slotted pieces of ¾” plywood which has been laminated to strengthen it against the abuse of kids playing on it every day, as well as make it all weather in protection. The Playgoda which can easily be pieced together as “snap fit” without tools, which means a great deal of savings to local governments strapped for cash in it’s parks and recreation programs. The snap fit slot design also means that the Playgoda can change configuration from time to time to keep the playground fresh for youngsters.
The extra thick plywood is made of European Birch w with a phenolic resin surface finish that has been sanded with ext. teak oil finish to external protection. It also comes with a Polycarbonate slide and nylon rope. And it’s heavy dusty condstruction means that parents will feel okay with their kids climbing all over it from day to day.
