SideShow’s 2008 Comic-Con Toy Exclusives revealed
Anyone who hasn’t been to Comic-Con in San Diego is truly missing an interesting study in pop culture, comic books, toys and movies. The four day fanfest has become so popular that it has completely taken over the entire San Diego Convention center and traditionally sells out every single day. The faithful not only feast on eye candy from just about every comic book maker on earth, but there’s fans in costumes, movie studios creating amazing booths to showcase their upcoming blockbusters, and some Sideshow exclusive toys for core collectors. And this year is no exception.
This year’s 2008 Sideshow Comic-Con Toys exclusives are Iron Man Archive Set - Mark II from the hit blockbuster IronMan, Aayla Secura from the Star Wars Saga, Skeleton Captain Jack Sparrow from the Pirates of the Carribbean: Dead Man’s Chest, a special “Shadow Guard” from the Star Wars Juggernaut, and a mystery exclusive called “The Dead.”
Priority Pre-Orders are for two different editions and will be available on: Attendee Edition - 10AM PT on May 22nd, and Non-Attendee Edition - 10AM PT on May 23rd.
Comic-Con runs from July 24 - 28 with a Prevew Night July 23.
