“THE DUDE” is a must if you’re heading to ComiCon
It was a small, cult favorite and considering The Big Lebowski wasn’t an epic, it has a huge following. So, it only makes sense that when Entertainment Earth created a limited Edition “The Dude” action figure for ComiCon, it was bound to catch our eye.
The Dude costs $25 and has a ton of accessories including his bathrobe and slippers, he stands 8-inches tall and comes with loads of hilarious accessories: sunglasses, robe, White Russian, milk carton, ID card, and genuine cloth rug. In addition, Lebowski fans can pick up action figures of Walter, Donny, The Stranger, and yet another version of “The Dude” in all his unemployed glory.
“Jeffrey “The Dude” Lebowski is a real laid-back kind of guy. He enjoys “bowling, driving, (and having) the occasional acid flashback.” In the classic film The Big Lebowski, this humble pacifist and his bowling buddies become entangled in a web of embezzlement, supposed kidnapping, and White Russians.”
ComiCon fans will be able to pick them up during the fest in San Diego from July 23-27, 2008. Otherwise, they’ll be available nationwide sometime this fall.
