Toys R Us and Disney announce exclusive Halloween Costumes for Charity

With Halloween right around the corner and coming like a bullet from a gun, Toys R Us and Disney have announced a new costume line which would not only place cool new Halloween costume in Jeffrey’s storefronts, but also raise about $50,000 for the charity Children Affected by AIDS Foundation (CAAF). The new costume launch will introduce of a line of 10 specially created Halloween costumes for boys, girls and babies based on popular Disney characters.

“The introduction of this exclusive, select assortment of Disney character Halloween costumes provides a wonderful way to showcase our support of charitable partners like CAAF, which acts tirelessly to ensure the well-being of children nationwide and abroad,” said Karen Dodge, Senior Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer, Toys”R”Us, U.S. “We are delighted to partner with Disney in bringing this unique ensemble of specialty costumes to our young customers who can’t wait to dress up on Halloween night.”

The new costume lines include the Disney Princesses Ariel (The Little Mermaid) Belle (Beauty and the Beast), Cinderella, Jasmine, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) and Snow White — adorned with faux gems and beautiful, detailed embroidery. Boys can enjoy pretending to be Prince Caspian from The Chronicles of Narnia, and parents will be able to adorn their little Rug Rats with costumes from Disney’s classicPooh Tigger and Winnie the Pooh characters as well as Disney Fairies “Tinker Bell”.

The costumes are available for $19.99-50.00 at Babies”R”Us and Toys”R”Us stores.
