Aqua Leisure Pool Toys are being recalled.
From 2002-2008, approximately four million inflatable Baby float toys were produced by Aqua-Leisure (including one bought by yours truly). To date, there have been 31 reports of the pvc plastic seat ripping and infants unexpectedly sinking like a stone or falling over into the water, posing a risk of drowning. As such, a massive recall has been announced.
Fortunately, there have been no injuries or fatalities, but Aqua Leisure is now offering full refunds and requests people stop using the toys immediately.
