This Star Trek Exclusive Collectible available on at ComiCon.
Fans of the ComiCon International convention in San Diego know that every year there are a series of exclusive toys which are made available. And nowhere else. This year, on of the really cool ones is a bobble head featuring characters from the hit film “Star Trek.” And what makes these toys really cool is that they beam right off their stand. Sort of.
Made with a clear body that transforms to a solid figure and back again, the bobble head creates a beaming effect with dozens of LED lights built inside. Tapping the head will engage the transporter effect and cause the solid form to dissolve away, leaving the clear plastic body. It’s really quite a cool effect. Currently only featuring Spock, and costing $13.99. But you better go straight to the Trek booth, cause there will only be 1,500 parcelled out over the course of the `Con.
