The new Lego Star Wars AT-AT really walks!
It’s no secret that Lego has Star Wars fever. In fact, there’s a Lego kit for just about everything from the Millenium Falcon to the uber cool multi scene Death Star. So, when Lego decided to come out with an AT-AT (the behemoth walking tank in Empire Strikes Back), I thought, yeah, okay. Another mega build. I couldn’t have been more wrong. This sucker actually walks!
Yep, the Lego Motorized Walking AT-AT can walk forwards and backwards and even turn it’s head. Detailed with over 1100 pieces, the Walking AT-AT comes with 4 minifgs, a hanging grappling line for Luke to swing on, and rotating laser cannons, making it possibly the coolest Lego Star Wars kit yet. Stands over a foot tall and 14” long and takes 6 AAs to make it move (not included).
Minifigs include AT-AT Pilot, General Veers, Snowtrooper and Luke Skywalker with grappling line and lightsaber! So kids can recreate the epic Hoth Battle scenes from Empire Strikes Back and get that ILM stop motion feel.
Cost – about $130. Typically pricey for SW Legos, but considering it walks, it’s way worth it.
