Attn. Nerf ... HALO is your future!
Attention Nerf. You have two calls to make. One is to Bungie and Halo. The other is to this kid. Okay three calls. But with the popularity of Halo, and the cool sponginess of Nerf’s N-Strike line this could be a match made in heaven. We’re talking epic “two great tastes that taste great together” proportions. And the kid, well, let’s say the boy has a gift.
If you look at thise video, the kid has taken a Nerf N-Strike C86, which is known for its modular ability to transform into multiple configurations, and added a few things to make it resemble the Halo Assault Rifle.
And the sweet part about it is, that the mod still enables the N Strike to shoot Nerf foam darts. That’s one skilled craftsman, to be sure. Although his Master Chief helmet needs work … but I digress.
Nerf, seriously, SEE THE POSSIBILITIES. Everything from Nerf/Halo firearms to Halo Nerf armor and helmets, even a remote controlled Warthog with an NStrike Vulcan attached. And you toss in the Nerf laser targeting for laser tag and you’ve gone one fun weekend of taking out Covenant forces Nerf Style!
