Though based on Evel Knievel's famous bike, this chopper won't be jumping Ceasars anytime soon.

Check out this limited edition children’s chopper, all deck out to look like the street cruise ridden by famed motorcycle daredevil “Evel Knievel.” Knievel, who’s real name was Robert Craig Knievel, set a world record for jumping over 19 cars and was infamous for his failed rocked flight across the Snake River Canyon. And although this chopper isn’t like the stunt bike he used to break every bone in his body jumping over Ceasars Palace, it’s still a sweet looking ride.

The Knievel Chopper is powered by a 12 volt motor which gives it a max speed of 4 miles and hour. It comes with a classic saddle seat (what, no sissy bar?), swept back handlebars, long extended front forms and chromed faux exhaust pipes. The headlight works as well, providing extended visibility on the sidewalk and for youngin’s, there’s also a small pair of training wheels.

Cost is a staggering $400 at Hammacher, which is rather dicey in this economy. Ages 3-6. Then again, it’s Hammacher, it’s supposed to be pricey. But you’d think for that price, it’d last longer than 3 years.
