Snap Circuits, a smart gift for smart kids ....

If your kid is a builder and loves science, then Snap Circuits may be an ideal educational toy to give them for the Holidays.

With Snap Circuits (the Junior version), kids can learn how circuits work to transmit electrical signals and current, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be fun. The Snap Circuit Jr. Kit (about $20) can be used to build over 101 projects including voice controlled light, burglar alarm, police siren, doorbell, and more. That’s some toy. Name another plaything that can be transformed into 100 others?!

The Snap Circuit kit uses 30 snap together parts, a reusable “bread board,” illustrated project manual, and is ideal for kids aged 8-15. Ideal for teaching kids the basics of electrical engineering. Heck, before long they’ll be building their own cool toys, rather than bugging you to buy them!
