Standing for Tube Ez, Toobeez are easy to build and sturdy.
When you think of Toobeez, think of them as life sized Tinker Toys. Toobeez is a kit of 57 pieces which enables kids to build just about anything they can imagine.
Made with special connectors, the PVC plastic pipes lock into place with a twist and remain there until kids are ready to use them for something else. Then another twist and it comes apart.
With the kit, kids can make Airplanes, Helicopters, playhouses, puppet theaters, a lemonade stand or stormfront, a Tent, Swingset, volleyball course, even a dinosaur skeleton.
The kit is about $200, while other smaller kits are available for from $40 to $70.
Ages 4 and up.
