Radio Controlled cars are fun, but kids (and honestly, adults) looking to personalize their R/C rig may want to check out Ridemakerz, where you can create a custom r/c car out of nearly a billion different combinations.

Not only can you create designed based on real world designs of Chevy Corvettes, Dodge Vipers, Ford Mustangs, and even trucks and hot rods, but also create custom concept designs that aren’t even available on the road right now.

These designs can choose from a wide variety of chasis, engines, tail pipes, decals, and even engine spoilers to create a one-of-a-kind toy that will be the envy of the R/C park. They can also add a custom sound chip, license tags, and trick out custom wheels and tires.

Created as a collaboration between Chip Foose of TLCs Overhaulin’, Build-a-Bear Workshop, and Larry Andreini, Ridemakerz have stores in Myrtle Beach South Carolina, Glendale Arizona, Branson, Missouri, and even Downtown Disney in Anaheim for the 2009 holiday season.

This is certainly a great idea and we are hoping it will come to our area soon. Some people have been able to check out the online game over at Overhaulin Forums. Feel free to stop in and pass along your thoughts and a review.

Take care,

Chris
