Made for ages 8 and up, UCreate has access to a hefty online library of music tracks, special effects and filters which kids can use to mix their own songs, and after which, they can share them online at the UCreate Website – myucreate.com. Kids can record samples, mix and match loops, and create their own songs.
UCreate is powered by 4AA batteries and is for kids 8 and up. And don’t be fooled by the 8 year old range, as uCreate is great for teens who love music as well. Course by then, they want a Mac so they can use Garage Band. But for $33 it may be the best gift any parent can give their kids to get them interested in music.
