Looking to make a career change, Barbie needs your help in deciding what job she'll get.
After over 50 years, the iconic Barbie Doll is looking to make a career change. Sure, she’s had over 100 different jobs including astronaut and veterinarian, it looks as if exploring strange new worlds and helping sick little kiddies is becoming a tad boring. So Barbie’s creator, Mattel, is putting it to a vote to determine what will be Barbie’s next great professional adventure … and you can vote on it.
The choices for Barbie’s career change include a very politically correct environmentalist, a surgeon, an architext, news anchor, or computer engineer. Wow. And she doesn’t even need to go to school for it!
It really is a great idea, to not only show girls the possibilities while they enjoy playing with Barbie, but it’ll also mean those Barbie obsessed doll collectors will have even more Barbies to buy to round out their collection!
