In just a few short months, the entire collection of NASA Space Shuttles will be retired and begin their next great mission of museum education and static display. Kids who want to pretend to be on those late few missions can test their “right stuff” on this inflatable Jr. Space Explorer Shuttle toy.

The Jr. Space Explorer Shuttle inflates into shuttle shape, of course, and has all the expected US Flag and NASA “meatball” logos. But it also has a really cool equipment panel which amps up the fantasy quotient for kids who want to pretend they’re rendezvousing with the International Space Station and are piloting the ship. And it also has a safety handle should the kids want to make a water landing on the backyard pool.

Available for about $40 from Aeromax Toys. Ages 2-7

Up next, really cool Astronaut accessories for the final frontier …
