PowerGirl is a new collectible doll from Tonner Doll Company
I don’t get much into Dolls, chiefly because I don’t really know enough about them to give any credible insight on collecting or the history of this iconic toy. However, I did find this one doll which caught my eye and thought it was
worth reporting on. Especially since it’s based on DC Comics Super Heroine Power Girl.
Power Girl, Superman’s cousin, has been released by Tonner Doll Copmany and is part of their Character Figures series which includes a wide variety of DC Comic book heroes.
The doll is nearly a foot and half tall, pretty large for a doll, and enjoys 15 points of articulation. She’s decked out in a white body suit and red leather belt, red cape and blue gauntlets to go with her blue leather boots. She also comes with two sets of interchangeable hands (blue and flesh colored).
Cost is a collectibly expensive $190 US.
