Fans have a chance to influence the future of Rangers everywhere ....
Fresh off the heels of the very successful Power Morphicon in Pasadena, Toy Mega company Bandai America is thinking about the future. And they want fans to give some input. So they’ve put out the word that they want faithful fans of Power Rangers to take a survey to let Bandai know what they’re favorite series, characters and toys are. Sounds like they’re looking to move the series into a more popular direction now that Saban has left the Magic Kingdom and moved on to Nick.
Me, I’d prefer they stick with the Ranger Theme, but upgrade it to get rid of the hokey monsters. Give the Rangers a good solid villain with some great tech and real minions and dump the camp. Make it smarter. Kids can handle it. Kids get into super hero movies and Star Wars films and hated Jar Jar. So allowing Power Rangers to grow up into a more serious franchise I think would be good for the long running franchise, IMHO.
