As expected, Diamond Select Toys has previewed the latest line of Marvel Super Hero Minimates – this time focusing on the upcoming commercial tie in with the Disney/Marvel blockbuster The Avengers. The Avengers Minimates feature Captain America, Iron Man (in his Mk. 7 suit), Thor, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Nicki Fury, and the villain Loki.

Are these Mighty Beanz Marvelous?
I have to admit, I don’t get Might Beans. What do they do other than tip from side to side, roll end of end, or just sit there like a paper weight? But they seem to be quite popular in that there are always new versions coming out based on popular culture icons like Star Wars, Mickey Mouse and now Marvel Comics characters.
